The Role
Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help drive retail and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone looking to grow a career in luxury spa and hospitality management.

What You'll Do

Support daily spa operations and guest flow
Lead and coach front desk and retail teams
Deliver service excellence and high guest satisfaction
Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations
Use POS systems (Book4Time preferred)
Partner with the Spa Director to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail
POS system experience (required)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
A guest-focused, reliable, and professional approach
Spa or wellness experience (preferred)
