POSITION OVERVIEW
The Female Spa Attendant is responsible for providing and maintaining the highest standards of customer service in the female locker room, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests. This role directly contributes to guest retention and increased treatment and retail sales for the Mandara Resort Division. Spa Attendants are responsible for checking in guests, providing facility orientation, and ensuring all linens, towels, and beverages are always clean, prepared, and well stocked.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes a detailed training program upon hire and attains full knowledge of all Elemis/Mandara signature services within 30 days of employment
- Maintains complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products, educating guests in these areas
- Retains clients by delivering a consistently high level of customer service satisfaction
- Relays product and service benefits to clients with confidence and professionalism
- Maintains a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor at all times
- Upholds housekeeping standards of excellence in all guest-facing areas and the dispensary

- Exemplary guest care, customer service, and attention to detail
- Ability to empathize with clients and anticipate their needs
- Sales-motivated with a can-do attitude and strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, supportive attitude toward spa directives and team goals
- Responsible, dependable, tactful, and mature
- Ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds and personalities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously update product and service knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Flexible, cooperative, and able to work with minimal supervision
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position operates in a spa and retail environment with minimal exposure to dust or noise. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
Note: This position requires a female candidate due to the nature of the female locker room environment.
