Job Qualifications

  • 1 year experience as a Spa Receptionist
  • Assist guests with bookings and the giving of recommendations
  • Ensure seamless guest experience from welcome to departure
  • Adherence to strict payment policies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High standards of English
  • Upselling the retail with commission provided
  • Additional training provided-Paid
