We are seeking skilled and creative nail professionals to join our team at Mandara Spa, Lyford Cay. Whether your expertise is in classic manicures and pedicures, nail art, or gel and acrylic application, we want to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel, and acrylic services to the highest standard
• Deliver a warm, personalized guest experience with every service
• Advise guests on nail care and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products
• Maintain full knowledge of available services, products, and current promotions
• Set up and break down workstation according to spa standards
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times in accordance with spa policies and applicable regulations
• Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Experience in manicures, pedicures, nail art, or gel/acrylic application required
• Certification or formal training in nail care preferred
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and pleasant, client-focused demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the Bahamas to be considered for this role.
