About the Role

Keep a world-class island destination running like clockwork. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our upscale facilities in Nassau, including a high-end spa and fitness center. You'll bring technical expertise and a hands-on, solutions-first mindset to a team that takes pride in getting the details right — in one of the most sought-after settings in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep all systems and equipment running efficiently.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general facility issues.
Provide dedicated support to spa and fitness operations, maintaining equipment to luxury service standards.
Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and materials used.

What You'll Bring

3–5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician; hospitality, spa, or fitness facility experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Personal tools a plus.
