Job Description

Mandara Spa at Atlantis Paradise Island is seeking a skilled and professional Barber to join our luxury spa and grooming team. This role provides high-end barbering services to an international clientele in a fast-paced, five-star resort environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced in both classic and modern barbering techniques and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and a premium grooming experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, line-ups, beard trims, and straight razor shaves
• Conduct guest consultations to understand preferences and recommend styles
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service in a luxury spa environment
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstation per spa standards
• Recommend retail grooming products to guests when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to an international, high-end clientele
• Support overall spa operations and team goals

Requirements

• 2–3+ years professional barbering experience preferred
• Valid barber or cosmetology license (or equivalent certification)
• Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering techniques
• Experience with luxury, resort, or high-volume clientele preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
