Perform flawless, high-quality manicures, pedicures, and elaborate nail art services.
Expertly apply, file, shape, and maintain gel and sculptured acrylic nail extensions.
Deliver therapeutic hand and foot massage treatments during deluxe nail rituals.
Ensure strict adherence to international standards of hygiene, sanitization, and workstation preparation.
Actively upsell specialized nail treatments and cross-sell other onboard spa wellness solutions to optimize salon revenue and your own commission.
Provide expert home-care recommendations and aftercare advice to maintain nail health.
Qualifications & Entry Requirements
Education: Must have completed a certified nail technician training course from a recognized regional school, covering anatomy and physiology of the skin and nails.
Technical Skills: Fully qualified in manicures/pedicures with verified practical hands-on experience
Operational Drive: Adaptability to handle a demanding, high-volume cruise schedule (up to 70 hours per week during peak cruise itineraries) while remaining completely calm and professional under pressure.
Soft Skills: Meticulous eye for detail, accurate and timely painting skills, excellent listening capabilities, and a highly collaborative team spirit.
Compensation & Japanese National Benefits
Monthly Earnings:$800 – $4,000+ USD (Composed of an uncapped commission structure based on nail services performed and retail products sold, plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of $800/month).
Fully Covered by LWA: Your London Academy training fees (which include specific training on high-end onboard brands), international flights, and medical screening costs are 100% paid for.
Onboard Living: Free cabin accommodation and all meals provided. Accommodation and evening meals are also provided during your London training phase!
