Are you passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness — and love helping people find products they’ll actually use and love? We're looking for a Beauty Concierge & Retail Specialist who knows how to create unforgettable guest experiences and drive product sales with confidence.

🌸 What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every guest like a VIP and set the tone for a premium spa experience

• Guide guests through our beauty and skincare retail offerings with knowledge and enthusiasm

• Recommend products based on guest needs and treatment outcomes — and close the sale with ease

• Respond to emails and phone inquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

• Support merchandising, inventory tracking, and daily sales reporting

• Be an ambassador of beauty, wellness, and top-tier guest care

💋 What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a spa, salon, or beauty retail environment

• A deep interest in skincare, wellness, and luxury beauty brands

• Comfort with recommending and selling products directly to guests

• Strong communication skills — you write well and speak with confidence

• Tech-savvy and organized, with experience using basic office equipment and POS systems

• Professional appearance and presence — you live the brand
