This hybrid role combines fitness center management, spa-level hospitality, and guest engagement, making every visit safe, clean, and unforgettable.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist guests, providing fitness orientation and wellness guidance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized gym and wellness environment.
Replenish towels, water stations, and other spa amenities.
Monitor and report equipment issues; ensure all fitness machines are safe and operational.
Enforce safety protocols and resort standards for luxury guest service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality, resort spa, or fitness centers preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of gym equipment and wellness facilities; eagerness to learn spa operations.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
