Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily spa operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help drive retail and service performance within a world-class luxury resort.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for someone looking to grow their career in luxury spa and hospitality management.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily spa operations and guest flow

  • Lead and coach front desk and retail teams

  • Deliver exceptional service excellence and guest satisfaction

  • Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations

  • Utilize POS systems (Book4Time preferred)

  • Partner closely with the Spa Director on operational success

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail

  • POS system experience required

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Guest-focused, reliable, and professional

  • Spa or wellness experience preferred
