Position Summary OneSpaWorld is a worldwide provider and innovator in the fields of wellness, beauty, rejuvenation, and transformation at sea on cruise ships and on land at resorts. The Manager of Medi-Spa Training and Development serves a key role in the ongoing success of our Medi-Spa Operations. With a focus on effectively managing, developing, and optimizing the Medi-Spa Physicians and Registered Nurses service delivery and revenue generating abilities. The position requires a strong degree of organization and cross-department collaboration to achieve key results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Medi-Spa Staffing. Manage staffing levels to par, both new hires and experienced returning staff, with a focus on talent meeting the ships revenue and operational expectations.Work directly with the London Wellness Academy (LWA) to ensure that all staff shortages are dealt with in a timely manner.
Medi-Spa Training. Plan and facilitate new hire training curriculum and global training summits.Forecast and manage training numbers, reviewing weekly with the LWA recruitment team.Ensure the Medi-Spa new hire training experience is optimized to best prepare staff for running a successful operation onboard.Work with the Medical Director to identify training needs, upholding brand reputation and treatment quality to the highest standards.
Sales and Revenue. Lead post-training coaching to develop and support new hires. Focus on skill development with an emphasis on revenue generation and results-driven performance. Work with the Sales and Revenue Supervisors to provide continuous coaching to ensure new hires integrate effectively into their roles onboard.
New service and product launch. Support all Medi-Spa new initiatives that go onboard. This will include marketing, the development of policy and procedures, delivery of products, environmental and hazardous material compliance, training, implementation, and initiative tracking.
Sails, Visits, and Travel. Travel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs.

At least 5 years of professional working experience
