We’re looking for a Claims Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced team that supports both crew and guests across the maritime industry. You’ll be at the heart of it all — from email investigations to coordinating with cruise lines and shipboard doctors.
Answer emails from staff, cruise lines, and guests — your inbox will be your command center.
Team up with onboard doctors to support crew medical claims and repatriation cases.
Dig into guest and crew claims like a detective, gathering info and assessing coverage.
Manage databases, process payments, and keep everything shipshape.
Take initiative with other tasks your manager might toss your way (no two days are the same)!
AA Degree or strong experience in lieu of a degree.
2+ years in guest or crew maritime claims? Even better!
You know your way around a claims file and love solving problems.
Strong writing, typing, math, and MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word & Excel).
Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn — a must!
Able to handle confidential materials with discretion.
