About the Role

As a part-time Spa Concierge, you're the first face our guests see and the first impression of the Mandara experience — welcoming guests, guiding them through our services, and setting the tone for an exceptional visit. This role offers flexible, part-time hours.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in guests, offering a warm, informed introduction to Mandara Spa's services
• Complete a hands-on training program within your first 30 days, building full command of our Elemis and Mandara signature services
• Develop deep knowledge of our services and products, and share that knowledge to help guests choose what's right for them
• Deliver the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
• Comfort greeting guests and managing front-of-house service with a professional, welcoming presence
• Willingness to complete our signature-service training program
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a well-kept environment
• A team-oriented, dependable approach to the job
